01The brief

A head-office floor to be fitted out end to end: reception, meeting rooms, open desking and staff break-out, handed over as a single package.

02Our approach

Ceilings, partitions, power and lighting were set out together so the services grid and the partition grid agree. Reception joinery and the boardroom were built as feature elements; everything else was kept quiet so they read.

03The outcome

One contract, one programme and one point of contact from strip-out to handover.
