01Where this came from

Wright Brothers Technical Services L.L.C. is a Dubai practice owned and led by Jinto Parakka Jose Jose, licensed by the Department of Economy & Tourism, Dubai and working across residential and commercial property in the emirate.

Design and construction sit under a single agreement, carried out by our own teams. No subcontracted design partner, and no second company to blame — which tends to concentrate the mind.

02What we hold to

These are not values in the poster sense. Each one costs us something, which is how we know we mean them.

Find out first

We investigate before we commit. A price given without knowledge is a guess with a signature on it, and someone always pays for the difference later.

Draw it completely

Every junction resolved on paper before it is resolved on site. A change costs nothing in week six and a great deal in month nine.

Say the difficult thing early

If the brief and the budget do not agree, we say so in the first meeting. It loses us work. It has never lost us a client.

Own the whole of it

One team, one contract, one number to call. We removed the interface rather than learning to manage it.

Build for the second owner

The parts nobody sees — waterproofing, substrates, fixings — are specified as though the house will be surveyed in thirty years. Because it will be.

Stay after handover

A ten-year structural warranty and a twelve-month aftercare visit booked before we leave. The relationship does not end with the final invoice.
